SUMMARY:Pacific Southwest region prayer call
DESCRIPTION:Water the Plants gathers a team of dedicated supporters of new worship expressions to prioritize the spiritual discipline of prayer. Based on 1 Corinthians 3:6\, “I planted the seed\, Apollos watered it\, but God has been making it grow\,” we will take a proactive approach to “watering” DOC church “plants” with prayer (Living Water). \n\n\n\nThis month\, Water the Plants is praying for emerging and affiliating congregations and their leaders in the Pacific Southwest region. \n\n\n\nIf you are interested in participating\, we ask that you commit to praying for the ministries and leaders of the New Church Movement. You will receive a Prayer List that will guide daily and weekly prayers during your personal prayer times as well as during our Group Prayer times led by a New Church Ministry prayer leader on the phone. In addition\, you will receive regular communication prayer reminders as well as a physical prayer reminder of your choice. \n\n\n\nThe dial-in number is (317) 829-0020. Enter 4002 followed by the # sign. Enter Participant Password 7729 (PRAY) followed by the # sign. We pray on the first and third Tuesdays of the month at 9:00 AM EST. \n\n\n\nAs part of their Covenant Agreement\, intercessors are expected to: \n\n\n\n\nembrace a lifestyle of prayer\n\n\n\nregularly join a Water the Plants Prayer Group by phone for an 11-minute prayer led by a Prayer Leader\n\n\n\nreceive regular communication regarding additional prayer topics by email\, text and/or social media\n\n\n\nprovide your mailing address to receive Prayerphenalia – one item of your choice that will remind you to pray (keychain or wristband).\n\n\n\n\nTo get started\, please read and complete this form to confirm your interest or text watertheplants to 97000. \n\n\n\nThank you for your willingness and commitment to pray for the New Church Movement in the Pacific Southwest region! If you have any questions\, please contact us at pray@newchurchministry.org.
