What are the marks of a good leader? Anyone can delegate tasks, but there is more to effective leadership than that. Are the people around you growing, becoming better leaders themselves, motivated, etc.?
Though different leadership styles can be used at different times to build and manage an active ministry, these hacks should be universal in each and every leader.
In the inaugural episode of New Church Hacks‘s second season, participants will:
- Learn how to positively impact the success of their teams, their organizations, and themselves
- Better understand their own motivations, strengths, and weaknesses
- Develop skills for facilitating open communication and encouraging others
- Step up their leadership game as the New Year kicks off
Our featured guests include Bob Whitesel (Writer, Consultant, Coach and Speaker at Leadership.church) and Jason Tucker (Lead Pastor of Tower Hill Church and host of ReclaimedLeader.com podcast). Stay tuned for any additions to the team!
The episode will be recorded and will be emailed to all registrants. So even if you can’t attend, make sure you register using the website link below! (This event is in the EST time zone.)
